This continues until one of them, Shust, meets a Soviet shot put champion and his daughter Ulyana, who change his life forever. However, the past won't let him go. Influenced by his friends, Shust gets involved in robbing a Buryat commune that sells jade. But everything goes wrong, and the crime turns into a tragedy.
